Order Processing
All orders are processed 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification after your order has been shipped.
*If item is out of stock and a pre-order is processed, the process time may be 2-3 weeks due to items being shipped from our distributer.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We only ship domestically to the US.
Shipping to a Different Address
We are not able to ship to any address that is not the main cardholders billing address.
How do I check my order status?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@monitorlounge.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
